Display testing documentation

Monitor and laptop screen diagnostics: pixels, motion, refresh rate and panel uniformity.

  • 21 documented tools
  • 0 downloads required

Overview

Check a monitor or laptop panel for dead pixels, motion smearing, flicker, tearing and uneven backlighting. These tests are visual: the browser draws a controlled pattern and you judge what the panel does with it, which is exactly how panel reviewers work.

All 21 display tools

Every tool below has its own documentation page and a link straight to the live tool.
